step 1 - contact us
Contact us by either phone, email, or text and let us know more about your property along with your current situation. Let us discuss all the available options that we can offer you and if for some reason we are not able to help out we can definitely point you in the right direction. After our conversation, if you find that we are able to help we will need to schedule a time to tour the property so that we can get an idea of it's current state and give you the fairest offer possible.
step 2 - offer
Once we've had a chance to tour the property and assess it's value, the next step is for us to make you a no obligation cash offer to buy your home. We will sit down and cover everything with you before signing any paperwork to make sure that you are aware of all the details. If you are happy with our offer we will sign an agreement to buy your home and you can decide when you would like to move forward with closing.
step 3 - closing
Once we have a signed agreement in place we can schedule a time to officially close our deal at a local title company. Once the appointment is setup we will meet at the title company, sign all of the final closing documents, and most importantly get you your money. Since there are no realtors or banks involved we are able to close our deals in as little as 7-10 days.
